I’m very unsatisfied about the experience I had at this location. I usually come to this location in Cranbrook because they are the only decent place to find undergarments for bigger women today I did not have that same experience. The sales associates were more than helpful It was the management that I had an issue with. Two management and one sales associate today and the management when I was trying to take 20% off of my bill when I have done it previously more than twice with a coupon had argued with me till they were blue in the face were very unprofessional and very rude. If I go to this location again, and I see these two management workers I will more than likely turn around and walk out because I’m not giving this company my business with these two very rude unhelpful managers. To be honest giving 2 stars is generous considering my experience today. I’m also management for a retail location myself so having the experience that I had today, I could never treat my customers the way they treated me today.

I had never shopped at this store or this brand before but I was pleasantly surprised. There were 3 younger ladies working 2 in the change room 1 at the cash - wish I had gotten their names that were absolutely wonderful!! They were so helpful, professional and just overall amazing ladies. My experience here was the true experience of customer service. I will be back and I recommend everyone to shop here. Thank you so much for reminding me that customer service is still alive!

I had an absolute excellent experience with a great sales woman at the Cranbrook location. I can't remember her name, but she helped me all the way through and made sure I had everything I needed. Best experience I've had there.
