Literally this store is going to do what I needed but the other one on 8th street said it was not possible so 5 star confed 1 star 8th street!!!
Huge variety to select on genuine prices. The manager “Kara” really helped me when I took my bike there. She is nice person. Recommend this shop to everyone.
This location shouldn’t sell e-bikes! Ordered it, waited weeks for it, took it in to be assembled and was told only one person Aron can assemble them and he’s at the 8th st location, he came and assembled it, no problems there, not even two months old and I lose the back brake and can hear the spokes clicking, which is just usually an adjustment on the spokes, I take it in and the lazy individual sitting in the back with nothing to do but play on his phone wouldn’t even look at it, he said oh it’s an e-bike, you will have to take it to 8th st, I stated it’s a brake and spoke issue, nothing wrong with the e-bike components, nope! He wouldn’t look at it, I said you can’t fix brakes and spokes! Not on e-bike he stated, complete waste of time, poorly trained staff, no customer service skills what so ever! I highly recommend you NEVER purchase an e-bike from this location. Go to 8th street and save yourself the headache. I went to 8th street immediately and Aron was accommodating and took my bike in. O stars for this poorly run location and 5 stars for Aron at the 8th st location. In fact I wouldn’t recommend this location period!
I ordered online and I pay with SAME DAY DELIVERY, waited for my order to be delivered. I called to follow up they said it will be delivered the next day!!!!!! They are not checking their online order properly so it ended up left by the courier!!!! It was so frustrating coz I need the order same day as when I ordered. Im calling customer service to CANCEL but no one is taking the call!!!!! My first and last FOR SURE.
