Avoid the sales associate that lies about their warranty procedures. They’re less than fun to deal with. The sales associate that showed me a sweater that has a crazy texture while I waited for the first sales associate because they said “go browse and I’ll find you to tell you the amount we can credit you” but then ignores and forgets you - that sales associate is great to deal with. First one - 0/5, second one - 5/5.
I really love lululemon but the Saskatoon location is always the worst for selection of male clothing, selection and sizes of male products carried is always the worst of any other lululemon store I’ve been to. Had hopes of a new bigger location in midtown plaza would care a better male selection but this isn’t the case. It’s clear they only care about keeping stock up to date for women. Next to impossible to get a pair of pants or a normal size male, don’t get me started on a pair of non workout shorts in the summer. You’ll be lucky to even find a pair nevertheless your size
I've been scammed at Lululemon store by the stuff on till. I had a gift card and had to pay additional amount by card. The girl at the till was using a cell phone to process the payment. She took my gift card, and then enter my credit card number. I've got receipt 2 hours later on my e-mail, and was surprised, that she charged me for the full amount and also took away my gift card. I had to drove back from out of Saskatoon and wait in the huge line to get my money back. I'm very lucky, that I checked my receipt just right away, otherwise I would loose the money and couldn't proof anything. Shame to the store and to stuff! Would've never think, that this can happened to me in such a famous brand name store!
Had an extremely unpleasant experience here with one of the sales associates. We had noticed a difference between two of the items that we were trying on, explained it to a staff that we simply didn’t want one of the items. Another employee then chimed in and asked “what’s wrong with this?” while giving us a very spiteful dirty look. After we walked away I noticed her pointing and laughing at us with another staff. Extremely disappointed, I hope no other costumers have to go through similar situations in the future.
I bought a top-of-the-line winter parka here about 3 years ago, spent around $7-800 on it, too. Part of the reason I was willing to part with so much money is the lifetime warranty that Lululemon promises, and another selling point was the coat being waterproof. Having now experienced the "lifetime warranty" I'd value it at maybe a $20 gift card to your local tailor. The zipper died in the middle of winter. They can't replace the coat because there are no more winter coats during the middle of winter. I can wait until next year, and just be cold until then I guess. Or they'll bring it to the sewing shop in the mall that doesn't have the proper materials no waterproof zippers. But they can't use a zipper that I supply, and they didn't think to stock some extra LL zippers in anticipation of a common failure point. Lululemon "lifetime warranty" isn't worth squat. Don't bet on them being able to fix or replace items to a reasonable standard without losing the features you paid $$$ for or within a reasonable amount of time the same year. They make promises that they're unable to keep.
Looking for an item. They didn't have in stock. Clerk went on line and ordered it for us. Very helpful and friendly
Despite it being incredibly busy because of Christmas shopping, we were helped right away! Twice! The staff here are far incredible.
Attempted to return a pair of leggings, woman working the register was lovely upon initially greeting. However, the encounter turned nasty quick. The employee accused me incorrectly washing the leggings and working out in them. When her accusations were met with my response she threw the leggings back in my bag and asked me to leave. Shocked I asked if I could speak to the manager. She promptly retrieved the manager, I did not appreciate the managers way of handing the situation. She accused me of bully and harassment, both of which did not occur. I can appreciated Lululemon declining to exchange my item however, I will not tolerate accusations. This is incredibly disrespectful and degrading. Both this manager and the employee’s customer care skills should be under review. I enjoy shopping at Lululemon and do not mind paying a premium for their garments. However, with paying a premium I expect at the very least be treated with an ounce of respect while shopping in there retails store.
The employee I asked to help me with an exchange was very rude and unwelcoming. She interrupted me when I was explaining my reason for exchanging a flaw in the product and kept repeating that I should have left the tags on. When she finally let me speak, and I explained it was a quality exchange she made me feel even worse that “I should have said that right away.” I’ll stick to shopping online from now on.
Service was great, but the prices seem to just be getting rediculous.
