Sport Chek Atmosphere Sherway Gardens

I went to the store and after wandering around looking for what I needed no one was visible or keen to help. Finally someone came along and helped me after I asked but left me saying she was helping someone else. I then started looking for fitting room and after my search I came across the lady on the phone, asked where fitting room was and she said she’d be with me shortly. I saw the fitting room area and a told 2 staff I wanted to try on. The were busy with box cutters and looked at me puzzled, I read their minds “ we are busy can’t you see!” After 2 min I left!!! I will not return... they can ignore the customer and will be able to hide in all the stuff no one will buy! Took my business to sporting life!

Bad customer service. The store clerks ignore you and when you ask them they don't even make an effort to talk to you. They leave you wondering. Overpriced products.

Everyone I encountered here was very helpful and went out of their way in helping me locate different items in this massive store. The Atmosphere section is gorgeous and I highly recommend visiting this location.

Terrible customer service. When I got to the cash register, the sales tag was missing from the shirt I wanted to purchase. Instead of calling for a price check, the cashier told me to go get a replacement item myself. There was a big line up behind me, so I decided to not to get the item.

Absolutely the worse customer service upstairs. It took forever to get attention to get me a size for the boot I wanted to try and for no good reason! After she brought the boot she just disappeared into the back for over 15 min! I stood there just waiting and waiting! Eventually I gave up and just left. I would have dropped a lot of money that day but just couldn’t support a store that has such awful service!
