went in a month ago to find some shoes for my 11 month old daughter who just started walking/standing. When i entered the store there were 5 employees and 2 customers. The three ladies all were chatting at the desk and i headed to the baby section. I patiently waited to get some assistance and no one made eye contact with me. Finally i stood by the counter. An older lady paused her conversation and asked if she could help me, i had explained im looking for a shoe for my daughter. She told me they don't carry shoes that small and then continued her conversation. I went back to the baby section and could clearly see they had shoes as small as 6 months. I don't know if the employee just didn't know the products or just couldn't be bothered to assist someone. I had came in on mid weekday and it was NOT BUSY. Extremely disappointed as they seemed to have really cute shoes. The service had put me so off i walked out of the store without buying products, which is a loss of possible sales for the company. When you work in a store that caters to children it would be nice to have employees willing to assist you, let alone misinform you about the products. I hope to get in touch with the company to inquire why they have so many people in a small store unwillingly to assist.

Great customer service. The staff was very knowledgeable and very friendly. Shoes are a bit pricy (then again, they are at most stores unless they're on sale), but if you need advice, this is the place to go.

This location is consistently low on stock every time I go in. I was told on January 15 that the reason for this is that it's end of season... for a tennis shoe. I have no idea what that means but it's often the response I get. Their shoes are overpriced and I can find the exact same shoe for 10-20% cheaper elsewhere.
