Splice Bar & Grill

One of my favorite restaurants in Milton. The food is delicious and the ambiance is cozy and relaxing. Service is great including the prices. Everyone in Milton should try this restaurant. You won't be disappointed.

An excellent eatery for food lovers in the heart of downtown Milton. Great food by experienced chefs to its perfection. Good portion, great service and price is reasonable. Don’t miss while at Milton or just go there for the food.

Absolutely loved the atmosphere; quiet with soft jazz playing in the background. The service was over the top; friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The food was outstanding; we shared the Garlic Shrimp, and the Spring Rolls both of which were wonderfully prepared, and quite unique. The mains (Chicken Schnitzel, and Chicken Supreme) were outstanding. The market vegetables were fresh, and cooked perfectly. The Creme Brulee was also very good. There was definitely a unique signature on everything we selected. The wine list could benefit from a little imagination, but the essentials are there. A must-try.

This place is a hidden gem if you don't live in Milton. Food was amazing and service was excellent. Hope it doesn't change.

The mussels are so good. The broth is probably the best I've ever had. The grilled squid was very good as well. Atmosphere was great, jazz music in the background. Great date night spot.
