When I come to a restaurant like this, I'm not looking for fine Italian dining but I expect my stomach hole to be filled with rich and greasy (but delicious) spaghetti so that's what I ordered. For a lunch plate north of $13, I got half a plate of salad (not bad) and spaghetti with meatballs. The meatballs we're quite good but the noodles were basic AF and the marinara (the most important part) was bland and watery. No bueno. Friend had the white and red and the the white side was way too dry with seemingly no butter. If this is what passes for a good pizza, pasta, and subs place around here, I'll stick to making it at home for much less.

We called for take out and the order was ready on time. However when we got home, the two personal pizzas were not correct from what we ordered. The pizzas were awkwardly placed in a take out container not designed for a 7” pizza and therefore were all bunched up, soggy with no way to grab a piece without it totally falling apart. The soggy part was the worst and affected the taste as well. The salad that came with it was really just iceberg lettuce and tons (and I mean a lot) of black olives. It was just bad. Perhaps they were out of 7” pizza boxes? Maybe an inexperienced preparer? It was our first experience and not good.

Best pizza around so far. I recommend the White... very, very delicious and satisfying.

One of my favorite local spots for pizza and pasta. Staff is helpful and make you feel at home!
