I still love Denny's, but this location made me wonder if they're starting to lose their touch. The food at this Denny's location wasn't good at all. It had no flavor whatsoever. I didn't care for the customer service at first, but then I realized that the guy that took my order was in training which is why he didn't seem too confident at the register. The supervisor seemed to be a very nice woman though, which earned them a second star instead of just one. I am willing to give them another shot before I just stop going to this location.

I really like the way this particular Denny's has upgraded. The menu has lots of new choices. Sports Bar like with TVs in many locations. Friendly staff and my grandkids liked the food. My favorite Pot Roast with lots of gravy over mashed potatoes and steamed veggies.

It’s so hit or miss with this location. Personally each time I have gone in there’s been an issue with someone’s food. One time they brought out my food last and with burned pancakes. I had the waitress just send it back and remove my meal from our ticket. My kids were already done eating and my husband was finishing up. As we are getting ready to leave they sent over fresh pancakes. The sentiment was nice but we were already leaving!? Another time there was a hair in my brothers food. I’ve given this place three different chances and sure they won’t miss my business but I definitely don’t plan on going back. I gave two starts because they give military discounts.

I went with a group of seven, including myself. We were greeted quickly upon entering the restaurant and taken to our seats. The server was quick to be attentive and took our drink orders almost immediately. We were able to order our meals within 5 or so minutes and were served our food in a decent amount of time. I've certainly gotten my food faster before, but I've also experienced much slower service on much slower days with more simple orders, so no complaints. Our server kept checking on us to make sure we got everything we needed, but wasn't so attentive as to be disruptive to my friends and I conversing and eating. Overall a good experience.

Compared to even just 6 months ago, this location has gone painfully downhill. The waitstaff is inattentive - there were 3 tables with people and the one waiter on shift was ignoring all of the tables in favor of chatting with the cook. We didn't get our ordered drinks for almost 20 minutes because of this. While the food we ordered was correct, it was either undercooked or underseasoned. The French fries were cold and tasteless when they showed up. The bacon was burned to a crisp. Like I said, a few months ago this was a fantastic location, and was deserving of at least 4 stars. I don't know what changed, but it was extremely disappointing this time around.
