Visit the last remaining mill on the South Nation River and discover how the Spencerville Mill adapted from a flour and grist mill serving the community’s needs to a feed mill serving local farmers and feed stores throughout south eastern Ontario.

Mission

The Spencerville Mill Foundation has been established to restore the Spencerville Mill to the early 1900s and to collect, preserve, research, exhibit and interpret the history of the Spencerville Mill and surrounding area. Emphasis will be placed on the grist mill, and local trades and businesses prior to 1934. Special events and programs will ensure the Spencerville Mill continues to be a focal point for visitors and residents of the Township of Edwardsburg/Cardinal.
