Just finished purchasing an engagement ring from this location. I really enjoyed being shown the section of the showroom that I needed to be in and then being left alone for a few minutes to pick through what I liked and didn't like as well as having the sales associate close by to guide me along as I didn't really know what I wanted. After that, the associate sat me down in an office and explained everything from the clarity and colour to the warranty and the financing options available. The sales associate was a little pushy with closing the sale quickly the first time I was in, but on my return trip took extra time to make sure I was comfortable with everything I was buying. Cant wait to come back for wedding bands. Also I love seeing the owners comments on the reviews given, shows that they take the time to read what people are saying about their store.

This store helped me with my engagement ring and wedding bands. I have nothing but praise and excellent experience from everyone in the store, from diamond experts to front desk coordinators. They take the time to explain to you the details of what you are getting and their warranty is very hard to beat. Their diamond expert answered all of my questions and beyond. They explained the difference in the colors of the diamonds, the make, and the value you are paying for (and resell value which is at best 50% of what you spend!). I understand investing in engagement rings and wedding bands are important milestone in one's life but do you really need to break the bank? These guys will help you and keep things at or under budget. Before I came here, I have visited 3-4 other diamond stores at Scarborough Towne Centre and they all pushed for the sale and made grand promises without giving me time to digest or educate me. I strongly believe if you want quality diamond, you have to be confident and aware of what you are purchasing. You are putting a lot of money for these things, and the Spence Diamonds team are real experts and do not apply pressure sales tactic. Give them a shot next time, you won't regret it!

My boyfriend and I had a great experience here! I wasn't sure what I was looking for in an engagement ring, and the opportunity to try a variety of styles at my own pace was awesome. Damon was great at giving us guidance about how to ultimately make an educated decision! Overall positive experience👍🏼

I highly recommend Spence Diamond for anyone. From the moment we walked into the store all staff were friendly and helpful. Liz helped us with our memorable experience in finding my perfect engagement ring, and just recently our bands. She took the time to discuss the diamonds that would be perfect in my ring and let us look at each diamond in the telescope.... Most importantly she answered any questions we had and listened to concerns and let us have time as a couple to discuss our final decision. We let Liz know our budget and she found us the perfect ring and bands in that budget Perfect experience from start to finish As I said before I highly recommend Spence Diamonds

If you could rate zero stars on google this would be done. Worst customer service of a corporation I’ve ever dealt with. With the worst craftsmanship and disregard for the quality of their product, if anything goes wrong with your ring they won’t do a thing. Having replaced the bracket on my wife’s band because the diamond was a different shape than the original design, whoever attached the bracket should be fired. The detached bracket happened one year after purchasing the engagement ring. We calmly reached out to the right individuals and they would not take responsibility for their mistake. Have you ever heard of a bracket snapping clean off of its band after only being in the field for just over a year? Never. This is only a result of extremely poor craftsmanship. So if you want to pay for poor quality and dreadful customer service, than go to Spence Diamonds, where loop holes are acceptable.
