They may have alot of less expensive stuff but the customer service is absolutely terrible. I needed a second spool of leather. The old man thought it was appropriate to raise his voice at me due to my asking for the second spool at the same price as the first. He kept saying that spool is from 2012 the new stock is from 2017 so I needed to pay 100 times what the first spool was priced at. $50 versus $5. Customer service has repeatedly been questionable.

Definitely a great place to swing by if you're looking for a wide range of selection in findings, stones or glass crystals. Their prices are amazing and love their staff, always so helpful!

They got large selection of affordable beads, good customer service, affordable class where you can meet other people who loves improve their skills in jewerly making.

I frequent this store very often and I am very impressed with the level of customer service provided by the owner and some staff. A wide selection of beads and great prices.
