Wow! I ordered a special powerful ring from Israel that had a minor imperfection on the 14k gold star and JTN made it completely perfect. He not only fixed the ring but also educated me at the same time. He was honest and humbly fair. Such a great man! Will continue to do business with him.

Jay is so sweet and amazing! He has been my jeweler for over 10 years and has been always been great with his work. He takes his time to repair and clean the jewellery. He also does custom jewellery and battery watch changes. I would not go anywhere else.

Went in for jewellery repair and battery watch changes, was done while I waited. I was in and out in 20 min! Im going to get my engagement ring done with him now. Great service and quality work done.

Excellent service, called ahead of time and set up a time to meet with Jay. He was able to repair our jewelry on the spot while we waited. He also bought other jewelry form us for a better price the competition.

My new diamond ring was about half a size too big . He added a white gold ring guard . Now my beautiful ring fits perfectly . We also got twist on backings for my fiancé diamond earings. So nice & helpful. His 22 karat gold selection is amazing. We will be back for a new chain soon. Thank you !
