After my son's car was vandalized overnight while parked at his mechanics location the car was referred to Speedy Auto Glass on West 15th in North Vancouver for the side window to be replaced. The employee that helped us was Pascale who was a real pleasure to deal with. I went to the location at 862 15st west in north Vancouver at 10 am. I got a terrible customer service experience from a guy who was at the front desk. This place lost my business and I will never recommended to any friend or family.

As a result of a break-in, my rear side window was smashed. Called Broco first thing Monday morning, and although they were busy, Don assured me he would get the repair done that afternoon. It was ready by 3pm. Two things made this a five-star experience. First, outstanding customer assistance...Don was extremely accommodating and helpful, and ensured that I got the best price possible. Second, the repair was done expertly and on time...including a thorough vacuuming of glass particles throughout the car.  Suffice to say, I will be trusting Broco with all my future glass repairs. Thanks guys!
