I went to the location at 862 15st west in north Vancouver at 10 am. I got a terrible customer service experience from a guy who was at the front desk. This place lost my business and I will never recommended to any friend or family.

Kathy was very friendly, compassionate and helpful in getting my company van quickly back on the road after it had its side window smashed by vandals.
As a result of a break-in, my rear side window was smashed. Called Broco first thing Monday morning, and although they were busy, Don assured me he would get the repair done that afternoon. It was ready by 3pm. Two things made this a five-star experience. First, outstanding customer assistance...Don was extremely accommodating and helpful, and ensured that I got the best price possible. Second, the repair was done expertly and on time...including a thorough vacuuming of glass particles throughout the car. Suffice to say, I will be trusting Broco with all my future glass repairs. Thanks guys!
Mark at Broco Glass went above and beyond to get my X5 some clean new glass. Top service. Delivered on time and in budget. Good workmanship and no surprises. Recommended.
I went to Broco Glass to get my chipped windshield fixed this morning. The guy sorry I didn't get his name took a look at it and said it would cost $50 to fix it and about 15-20 minutes. I said no problem. He fixed it. I could barely see the chipped spot after. Looks great! As I was taking out my wallet, he said "It's on the house. First one of the week." I was almost in tears. Thank you, thank you I said to him. I know it may not be a big number, it shows that this place is not into money making, but very nice and caring. I will go back to get my car fixed there and spread the good story to everyone. Definitely recommend to anyone who need car glass/window/windshield fixed!!! Thank you again. Keep up the good work. ^_^
