I had the best experience with SRA glass- this is definitely the spot to go if you need any windshield repairs or replacement. I had a crack through my windshield and I came in on Thursday and it was fixed by the following Wednesday. The owner is very professional and kind and provided wonderful service! He did the icbc claim for me and when I came to pick up my car it was sparking clean. I appreciate his work and would 10/10 recommend this glass repair shop.

My window was smashed right before a snowstorm and I needed it dealt with. SRA Glass got my vehicle in and had my window replaced sooner than any other shops even responded to my messages. Great job, professional service and surprisingly cheap.

Excellent service. I brought my car in to get looked at and he was able to replace my windshield the very next day. Did a great job — it looks like new. He even vacuumed and cleaned inside.

Got me in the next day, cheapest prices I found and the service was incredible. They even detailed my interior for me after they replaced my windshield. Next time I need auto glass work done I will be returning.

My passenger side window was cracked with an attempted break-in.  SRA could fix it the very next day. I dropped it off and had a coffee at The Shipyards which is very close by along with lots of really nice seaside walks.  It was finished in less than 2 hours.  Sam looked after all of the ICBC paperwork and was great to work with. I went here based on the good reviews, and some of the bad reviews of the “fancier “ glass places.  Highly recommended!

Called on Tuesday, had a windshield replaced on Thursday. Efficient, friendly, and professional. They even vacuumed the vehicle and wiped down the dashboard. On pickup also blocked traffic on Esplanade so that I could reverse out safely. 10/10 would recommend!

SRA is absolutely the place to go if you need glass repair. My rear windshield was smashed on Tuesday night. I called SRA the following morning and they had my car back to me, completely fixed by 5pm on Wednesday! I honestly couldn't believe it. Other places told me there was a two-week wait just to get my car assessed! SRA did the job that very day! SRA truly saved me a massive headache here. I was even able to drive my car downtown that night to a show...I thought I'd forsure be taking public transit. SRA will be the only place I go to for glass repair in the future...simply outstanding!

The best price I could find and the service to back it up.  Kept the agreed appointment and finished within the time he stated.  Got my passenger door glass replaced on my pick up after it had been broken into.

I was very happy with the service I received at S.R.A. Glass. My rear window was broken in my 1999 Toyota Corolla. Other places I called said couldn't be done for 2 weeks. At SRA I brought my car in the next day. Told me he was pretty sure he found a part but to bring my car in so we could be 100% sure. He called ICBC and that afternoon my car was ready for pick up. 100% happy.

Great experience.  Was fitted in on the same day I rang. Quick and hassle free. All paperwork taken care of.  The ICBC claim site was down when I arrived but SRA let me leave the car there until it was up and running.  After that it didn’t take long to fix 2 x cracks. Friendly and efficient. Thanks!
