Ebi Auto Repair & Detailing

I hired Reza for an onsite pre purchase inspection for a vehicle i was just about to buy . He said he will come anyway though his shop is closed as it was a Saturday. He had come even before I came and had started the inspection. He had no tools except for a half piec paper and an old PBDthat shows only numbers in red digits. Then he noted tires 40% rotors 40% etc etc. Just as rough sketch on that small piece of paper. Then he finished in like 2pmins saying I will have to spend another $1500 for the repairs but the car is good. He charged $100 and ran away saying his wife is waiting in the car. I bought the car and got it inspected in Canadian tire and they said except for an oil change, the cat is perfect. To see he was just bluffing to get that $100 paid. I need my money back or reviews of one stars will persist.

Ebi auto repair is really awful ! Ebi is the worst I have ever seen. Their diagnostic is wrong and they use cheap parts. He ruined my BMW X6. He did more than 7 thousand dollars of unnecessary repairs on it and could not solve the problem! Finally, another garage repaired my car with 1 tenth of that price!!!! I always took my car to Mazda dealership for services since 6 years ago. Last time, I reported an issue with my car that they were not able to root cause it. When I took my car to Ebi Cae Care, they quickly caught the issue, gave me a clear quote and fixed my car. The downside is that they're too busy and can't meet committed wait time. Price wise, they are slightly more expensive than Mazda dealership in Metrotown.

I took my car for back brake light problems in addition to some engine problems. When they fixed it , they gave me a 500$ bill and when I asked them for details on what was the reason behind the expensive bill, they refused to tell me. In return they told me to take my car to someone else and I'd have to pay 180$ for their labor charge instead. I still don't know what they did to my car that costed me 500$.

I would have given 0 star if i could. Took my car for exhaust and brake repair ended up with engine check on and no accountability from them.. it's going to cost me more than 300 bucks to change the oxygen sensor that became faulty after their TERRIBLE service.. He doesn't claim responsibility on what he did and eventually referred me to dealership for examination... don't repair your car here you'll regret as many others who shared their reviews..

Rezza is a great mechanic with full understanding of the job details. Fast honest reliable dedicated service. I've been saved her few times. Definitely recommended.

Terrible experience here with REZA. After being a loyal customer he didn’t change my oil properly which ended up leaking and causing damage to my car. When I told him not only he didn’t cover the damage charges, he only refunded portion of money he charged me for the oil change.

I changed the engine oil and also the brake pads here. They were so kind to me and the price was really fair.
