The service and staff here are just so great! Car stuff can be a stressful thing for me as am sure with others and these guys make it so pleasant. I got my driver side mirror replaced and ended up with so much more. Cleaned car mats and dashboard sure makes a person feel good.
I had someone that put a hitch into my rear Porsche Cayenne S bumper in a parking lot. I took my vehicle here as for what my insurance company recommended. The owner Fadi, took care of the job fast and efficiently even after having issues with my insurance company paying for a job that was damaged by someone else. He quickly got the parts I needed and had everything installed in an hour and a half and looks brand new again! Thanks so much!
Great service. Marc Eskander treated me well, and he was up front from the start. Had me in within the time he quoted, and said barring any hiccups i could have my vehicle back the same day. Speedy Collision delivered on this, and when I got into my car. My vehicle was cleaned, and smelling nice. I would 100% recommend this shop. Even over heard Marc telling another customer when not to spend money. Can't always find quality like that, but you can sure find great quality like this at Speedy. Thanks for looking after my 2001 CR-V, and taking care of my passenger side window after someone smashed it in, and bent the window frame. It looks good, and I'm happy. - Chad
I needed to have my bumper repaired from being damaged. The insurance company sent me to Speedy. They painted the bumper but the color was off. I went in and talked to Marc and he agreed it was off and said they would fix it no problems. The service I received was top notch. Marc arranged for me to have transportation after dropping off and pick up when it was ready. When I picked it up the second time I was very pleased to see that color matched much better and pleasantly surprised that they cleaned and wiped down the interior of my car. Marc went above for me. I'm very happy!
As nice as they are while talking to them, I just didn't get the level of service I even half expected. I had my car towed to the location in February and didn't get my car back for 76 days. I completely understand that parts for newer cars are hard to get but it felt excessive - especially when I didn't get any updates from day one to the last week without having to push for them. This is not meant to be a mean review. I'm just saddened by my experience because it was on my insurance company's preferred list and I expected more. Let your customers know when and if their vehicles are going to be repaired and when you're starting the repairs. Let them know when parts are delayed AS they are delayed. Let them know how much longer you're expecting the repairs to take. Give them a quote even if insurance is paying for it. It's basic communication. Most of all... If you're going to give a customer their car back missing a part, no matter how insignificant it is to you, at least follow up with them with the part so they can book off time to come in. I still don't have the clip for my gas cover. It's the end of June now and my car was damaged in February - non-driveable. I will, however, give credit where credit is due. And the only reason I've given two starts instead of one or zero if I could is because the paint work is impeccable and I got my car back super clean. The girl at the front counter is super nice and she was sincere in her apologies after the first 76 days of my adventure with you. However, if she doesn't answer the phone, perhaps train the gentlemen in your shop on customer service. They were not nearly as friendly, workable or understandable. I hate giving bad reviews. I usually only review companies that blow my hair back with their excellence... But I just don't know what to do anymore. My car isn't done. It wasn't done on time. I was not communicated with. Work on these and I can see a better future for all Speedy Collision locations.
I took my vehicle here to get repaired after it had been keyed. Ryan provided excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable and thorough on the work that needed to be done to my vehicle. I recommend Speedy Collision South to anyone in need of autobody work. I'm really happy with how the repairs turned out!
