Thanks Maggy!  Store was open until 5pm and I was going to be late to pick up and purchase a new bike for my daughter.  It was 5:20 when I arrived and the store was still bustling and nobody was in a hurry to leave (must be a good place to work).  I really appreciate that they not only had the bike I was in search of but they had it built the same day so I could have it home for my daughter to take a spin on in the evening.  The service provided went above and beyond my expectations.

Called in the morning for a bike to rent. It was no problem and me and my sister could come over. Once we came there after a one hour drive my sister stayed in the car and I asked about the bikes. One of the store clerks was going to get two bikes from the basement and I was going to get my sister. We paid for parking and went in the store. When I walked in the guy told me he already rented the bike to someone else for three months a while ago. So there were we driving out for nothing and wasting a day from our vacation.
