I am a new rider and was suggested to go here by a friend. I had picked some stuff out before hand that I thought was good but I asked an employee Lori to help me make sure it was the right stuff. The jacket I had picked out was way to big and my helmet was not a good fit. Lori helped me find a proper jacket and a helmet, all for a good price. Saved a lot of money and found proper fitting gear all thanks to Lori's knowledge, great experience!
Had a great experience today at Royal Distributing Inc. Drove out from London to find some gear for my son as we had just gotten him his first dirt bike. Great prices and a large variety of products to choose from. Breanna was very helpful from the moment we had entered the store. She was very knowledgeable about fit and types of safety gear required for new riders. Well worth the drive and we will definitely be returning for anything needed in the future.
I came looking for a large snowmobile helmet Lori was fantastic and went out of her way to make sure I found one that would suit me. She also up sold me on some sweatshirts that I really enjoy. Lori was fantastic what an asset to your company. I just bought a new snowmobile so I’ll definitely be coming back to Royal Distributing to see Laurie again and get some more supplies. Thank you Lori
Just came back from Royal Distributing in Guelph. Needed a sled helmet, boots and some parts. Lori is my go to to ensure the fit, style, and value is best. I can’t say enough about the knowledge and level of service from Lori. She is why it is still better to shop in person and not get the wrong size or product on-line. Great selection, quality and service. Got the helmet for my son, boots for my wife and parts for my sled.
I've been coming here for years now, but my last visit to Royal Distributing was exceptional. Normally I don't leave reviews, but the top notch customer service I received here was incredible and must be noted. I was helped by a lovely Lori. She proactively helped me in my search for bike gloves. Despite me being difficult and picky about the glove, she was extremely attentive, efficient, and incredibly sweet. She spent so much time to help me locate the right pair of gloves and wow - the glove certainly "fit like a glove". Thank you, Royal Distributing and thank you, Lori!
My experience at the Guelph store was fabulous. I had a sales rep named Lori who was incredibly helpful. She was informative on a variety of products and super friendly. The store was just upon closing in 20 mins or so and she did not make me feel rushed at all. She looked up sizing and pricing online, she offered her expertise in the different lines that the store carries. I would make the hour plus drive there again and be hopeful she was there to help me with my purchases. Been a long time since I had someone so eager and helpful in the retail market. Thanks so much Lori, hope to see u next time!
I recently purchased my first bike and needed ALL the gear that goes with it. From Guelph so the obvious choice was Royal Distributing on Woodlawn rd. I was impressed with the amount of stock in the store so started looking about. I was approached by a young man named Aidan; he wanted to know if I needed help and my reply was most definitely and he went to work answering my many questions and concerns. He offered suggestions and alternatives searched the store to find what I needed that wasn't on the shelf. He was friendly; pleasant; and very knowledgeable for a person that was as young in years as he was. He probably doesn't know everything but he knew a LOT more than I did. I was very comfortable with his help and left the store completely satisfied. Thanks Aidan!! Also a shout out to Janice up front!
I've been trying to find a certain jacket from Royal Distributing locations and came across Lori or is it Laurie from the Guelph location. Love this store, and love the people even more! They just finished up their tent sale so things are a mess, but I know she spent the time to help me search far and wide for the jacket I wanted in store. Unfortunately there were none left, although with her expertise she helped me look at other options and her real life experience with the jackets and sizing. It helps when they know their stuff and her input was great! Thanks for all the help Lori!
They were short staffed for the number of people in there. A few employees passed by us without asking but Lori asked if we were okay. She then very patiently helped me find an awesome helmet and a jacket! Kind courteous and told me I looked great in the jacket ! If you need any help, ask for Lori!!
I went into the Royal distributing Guelph location to purchase a new helmet. Aidan approached me as I was browsing and began to assist me in finding the best helmet for me. First he started off with asking me about my previous helmets, and what I will be using the helmet I am looking to purchase today for, along with other questions to find the best helmet to suit my riding needs. Aidan took his time and shared all the knowledge he had about helmets. You could tell he knows and is well educated on motorcycle helmets. Aidan provided me with the best customer service I have ever received at a royal distributing. Can’t wait to ride with my brand new shoei!
