Special Moments Flowers & Gifts Ltd

Absolutely my favourite flower shop in the Lower Mainland. The flowers are stunning, fresh and exceptionally unique (I bought a bouquet with edible kale in it once!), arranged with care and attention to detail that I have yet to find elsewhere. The ladies that work the shop are so helpful and friendly, not to mention very knowledgeable. This shop doesn't just offer flowers, it also has a large collection of plants, candles, diffusers and some local jewelry...all of which are stunning and hard to give away because they smell and look amazing. If you are looking for flowers and very unique gifts, this is the place to go. I always recommend this place and have never heard a bad thing, or had a bad experience!!!

Horrible customer service!!! The owner is incredibly condescending and rude. Refused to issue a refund after they screwed up our order.

Incredibly condescending, irresponsible and unfriendly staff. Messed up our company’s photo shoot and refused to take responsibility. I would never recommend this florist. The owner began our order with “it’s a very expensive order, are you sure you want it?” Assuming your clientele can’t afford an order is probably not the best way to do business!

Highly recommend! Pleasant, helpful service -- I was calling from out of town for a delivery in Vancouver and Special Moments handled everything smoothly. Flowers were delivered when promised and they sent a delivery confirmation so I knew they had arrived. Would most definitely use this florist again.

I stopped by Special Moments Flowers & Gifts during my lunch break today. And what a treat it was to walk through the store! It's definitely a little gem in North Vancouver! Owner Jennifer was very informative as I inquire about selecting a small succulent plant for my kitchen. There are definitely a large selection of potted plants, as well as fresh flower options. This is going to be "go to" floral shop from now on!! I walked out with a beautiful succulent plant (nicely packaged in a carrier box and tissue paper for transport) and two Voluspa reed diffusers.
