Safeway Westview

Good selection. Has deli counter with fresh made sandwiches, and salads, etc. Common groceries tend to be pricey. Milk is always priced competitively. Has a Starbucks kiosk in store. Has pharmacy in store. Friendly helpful staff.

Stopped by to grab some small things for a get together with friends. Was an okay Safeway as there are definitely better ones downtown and on the island. Got most of what we needed and left quick so it does what it needs to.

It's close to my house so this is where I go most often. I wish it was a little less expensive for what you get considering the atmosphere. I feel like my money goes further at Save On and the atmosphere seems cleaner and more diverse... But Save On isn't walking distance to me. Things at Safeway can seem a little sad. But, the ladies at the registers are super nice. The guys who work there can be kind of iffy.

Small, slightly run down store. Very weak deli with typical Safeway prices. The cashier didn't ask me for Airmiles so I didn't get my discount. Good for a quick stop but I'd go somewhere else for a serious shop.

Tidy spot. The tuna is good and the staff are friendly and helpful. Try the chicken strips from the hot food counter, very tasty!
