Celina is a wonderful Spanish Language teacher; she is understanding, patient with my learning speed as an older person, and makes her classes interesting and a joy to take.
Before embarking on my journey to speak Spanish for work, I did extensive research to find a customized and quality program that allowed me to learn at my own pace but also learn the best way possible. Speak Spanish Academy offered private and group lessons which worked with my busy schedule and Celina was able to tailor the learning to my needs. On top of that, my Spanish improved greatly from the moment I began. Learning Spanish was not easy, but it was the best experience I could have hoped for. Thank you Speak Spanish Academy!

I have been taking Spanish classes with Speak Spanish Academy for 2 years. I started in weekly group classes with Diana as the teacher. The classes were small and a lot of fun. Because I wanted to accelerate my learning, I switched to semi-private lessons. Celina has been a pleasure to work with. She is completely focused on tailoring the learning approach to the client. She offered my colleague and I several curriculum options and worked with us to create an approach to suit our needs. We feel like true partners in our learning journey. She has stayed on top of technological advancements during the pandemic and continues to introduce new ways to engage in Zoom classes. We have tried several different language schools and have found that Celina's customized approach and commitment to her students to be unique. Looking forward to more travel in South America, I decided to do something about learning Spanish. I'm delighted to say I discovered Speak Spanish Academy and recently completed their Adults Crash Spanish for Beginners and Travellers course. Under Celina Gutierrez's leadership, and in a small class environment, it was exceptional! I now feel I will be able to communicate reasonably well in those typical travel-related settings. And now with Celina's inspiration, I"ve decided to build on what I've learned by taking SSA's Adults Lower Beginner A1 course in January - really looking forward to it!!
