This location is well stocked and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Returned some items from an online order to the store. They told me I would get refunded via my original payment method automatically and so I left the store. Now it's over a week later and still no refund so I contacted customer service who indicated that all in-store returns should get refunded immediately by the store and that customer service is unable to even see that a refund was processed. So the employees do not understood basic refund policies and stores and contact centres have completely segregated systems??? So ridiculous.

More intimate than most Indigo locations. Great selection of non-fiction and Lego sets. No seating areas due to size but within walking distance of a Starbucks if you're in desperate need to read your purchase.

I love bookstores. I especially like that Indigo Spirit is closeby to home for me to walk to. There is great pleasure browsing a real book. Very helpful workers.

I ordered a puzzle from this location beause there were only 2 left and it wasn't available to order online. I called today after it had been 24 hours and was still 'processing.' The lady on the phone told me she herself checked and couldn't find anywhere. I asked how I can have my money back and she said it says it's cancelled. We'll it's not and even on my account it is still marked as processing. Horrible service and I dont even get my product out of it meant for my mother's Christmas present . Never again folks!

Decent shop not small but not too big either. Definitely needs a bigger selection, too many trendy teen-targeted books. Also apparently plum points expire, I lost mine.

A very nice Indigo store with a good selection of books and associated items.

Cute little store, not huge but has everything you'd expect. Went to their Harry Potter book event tonight, no shame being the only adults there other than parents haha. Fun little event and a great idea!

Very nice staff and lots of variety. Not as much as the non spirit labeled indigos but still enough.

I got 5 metal bottles from indigo and the cold water lasts so long it takes 2 days to finish the ice for the top and bottom
