Weirdest experience ever at a spa. I visited this place a couple months ago. I got a Brazilian and the girl that waxed me made me feel so uncomfortable. I wasn't given anything to cover myself while waiting, so I'm just laying there exposed. Then she literally doesn't make any conversation with me the whole time. On top of that, to be frank, let's just say she had no etiquette or discretion around certain areas, kinda rough. It was the most painful Brazilian probably because I felt so uncomfortable. On top of that the towels I saw in the room looked like they had old pink wax on them. Never ever going back.i was trying to find a spa closer to home but I think I'll be going back to my favourite spa in Brampton.

The staff are always friendly and courteous. Kathy always does an amazing job with my nails! I have had many compliments.

This is my 'go-to' for mani-pedi's. Consistently high quality work in a warm, friendly atmosphere and at a fair price. I would unreservedly recommend SpaToepia to any of my friends.

The service selection was limited and the quality was amateur. I feel like I have been swindled. This wasn’t the spa experience I was looking for.
