This is an exceptional spa with amazing staff and a peaceful environment!  Very good to fair pricing too!  I go monthly and always find the spa offers a high degree of cleanliness, good service and treatments.  The staff are knowledgeable, experienced and friendly every time, from booking my appointments to service and follow up.  I'm very picky and they always come through for me!  Thank you to the staff at Body and Soul for being so great!  I look forward to my daughter's birthday party in April!

This was my first time at a spa and I read good reviews about this place. I really wanted to do something romantic with my boyfriend on Valentines Day and they had good packages for couples. Their prices surprised me for such a grand experience. We loved it. I booked the couples escape which is 196$ plus HST for two people. It was worth the price! The ladies were kind and instructed us what to do however we were kinda uncomfortable because it felt like they showed how disgusted they were with our bodies. Maybe, it was just us overthinking but it showed in their movements on our massage. Overall; it was amazing c: I would come again for another package!

I highly recommend Body and Soul Med and Day Spa. My experiences are always amazing from the great staff to the exceptional services that are offered.  Professional and well trained ladies ready to make your visit an enjoyable one. They are all wonderful! I have enjoyed laser hair removal, spa treatments such as manicures/pedicures and several types of speciality facials and med spa treatments serviced by Catherine. My skin has never felt or looked better. Don't hesitate to indulge and treat yourself to this luxurious spa.

We planned our friends' double baby showers at the spa today. It was such a success. First of all, the manager Connie was excellent to work with in planning this event. The receptionist was very friendly and sweet. The ladies loved their treatments, the staff was very accommodating and friendly. They even provided us complimentary fruits and refreshments. Thank you for a great experience, I'd definitely recommend!
