Bella Nails Studio & Spa

Went in without an appointment with my cousin today for my birthday. Customer service is amazing. Friendly professional service and quality unmatched! Both of us went in for a manicure. My cousin got her eyebrows waxed and came out to me to see if I wanted them done and Linda said, "You want your eyebrows done? She's paying!" Gave me a good laugh. My eyebrows have never been this perfect. Definitely coming back... Worth the drive from Burlington.

5th time going to Bella nails and I will keep returning , Linda & May are amazing @ bio gel and dip nails. Pedicures are fantastic as well. I live about 45 min drive away from Bella nails, but I don't care I'll travel for good nails... I've been to numerous places and honestly These ladies are 10000% hands down AWESOME!!!

The girl was nice but she did a terrible job. It was like she didn't care at all and kept texting on her phone. I had to keep telling her to do something to make them better. In the end none of my nails are the same length and they are incredibly bumpy. Her reply when I asked her to file it more for the 3rd time was "gel nails are always bumpy- there's nothing you can do". I feel like if you asked for the owner you might get a better service as this place was highly recommended to me by another salon that didn't do gel nails.

Wanted to try a new place, worst service ever! I have never been to a Salon that is so unprofessional. My sister and I went to get UV gel nails done around 7:30 PM. We showed a picture of a simple round shape we wanted. About 15 minutes into the procedure, I saw that it looked very different from what I had asked. I am never picky, but this was unacceptable because it looked like claws. I was very apologetic and kindly told her that it was not similar to what I had shown her. She responded by saying she would have to redo a few nails but she wasn't willing to because she wanted to go home. She said the options were to either complete the job as is, or remove it completely and I could go to another place! At this point, I was speechless. There was no way I could go forward with this, it looked terrible! I politely declined to continue and asked if she could please redo the 4 nails because I was now stuck with a job unfinished. She kept repeating that she wanted to go home, I honestly did not know how to respond. She then got up to wash her hands and with confusion, I asked her if she was going to finish my nails, her response was, "I don't want to do." She walked away! In disbelief, yet with politeness, I asked her what I was to do with plastic glued onto my nails and she demanded that it would be $10 to remove because once again, she wanted to go home! My sister was speechless and told her lady that we had come for a service. She was no different from the other lady, they both wanted to go home and told us to leave if we weren't happy with what was being done. We ended up leaving.. with plastic glued and shaved onto our nails. If they had to close their shop by 8 PM to go home, they could have refused to service us! Avoid this place at all costs, they really do not value their customers! There are so many better places nearby that care about customer satisfaction and provide much greater, friendlier service!!

My friend recommended this place to me one day, and I was more than please. I don't normally do anything with my nails because of how inconvenient they are, but getting them done here, I'd definitely do it again. Honestly, I want to right now! The prices are really good compared to other places I've seen and the girls are really good under pressure, because things got pretty hectic the day I went there. So kudos to them! I'm definitely going back.
