Ovik is very lively personality. He makes you feel very comfortable. But I went there 3 times so far he was late all three times and forth time I was there he wasn't there place was locked when I called he said he will be there in 10 but I have had enough, so I walked away. I really liked him and service but I really hope he works on getting clients in on time 10-15 minutes are understandable and manageable but 30-45 minutes, NOOO!

Ovik is amazing and truely a beautiful soul ! I am so glad we crossed paths ! I first decided to visit Ovik when I saw the amazing work he did to a very close friend. I was very quick to book an appointment and he was willing to work with my availability, without hesitation. Upon meeting Ovik he is so welcoming and warm and very knowledgeable. He is easy to talk to and had me laughing the entire time. I was blessed to have gotten the FULL Ovik experience as the first time I went to see him was the night of the horrible fire in Streetsville, not far from his salon. He didn’t even bat an eye and just continued on my hair. Once he finished my colour, the power went out and there we were in the dark with colour still in my hair. Again, not even worried just pulled out candles and made do with what we had. We had an amazing time laughing while waiting for my colour to takeand when the lights finally came on that’s when I truly got to see his magic. He is FABULOUS and made me fall in love with myself again ! I can’t wait to go back ! Thank you Ovik for allowing me the privilege of the TRUE Ovik experience!

What a wonderful calming environment. I really enjoyed the hot stone massage by Kessa. I strongly recommend her as a therapist.
