Southcoast Health Urgent Care

Excellent in every way! I walked in yesterday, and was seen promptly. Everyone that dealt with me was great! Dr. Sheets was fantastic! It was a great relief to me that she found the answer to 5 months of pain, all within a few hours. She promptly schedulted an immediate CAT scan at St. Luke's, and they were able to detect the issues I have with my health very timely. St. Luke's radiology was aweseome as well! They reported back to Dr. Sheets the issues that showed up in the images, and she called me within that same hour, and within an hour after that my pharmacy called me to tell me my prescription was ready. Finally the cause of the mystery pain was solved; and although I am not excited about the medical conditions I have, it is certainly a relief to know what the culprit is, and now action can be taken to hopefully get me better. I am so thankful to Dr. Sheets and staff at the Dartmouth location, as well as St. Luke's Radiology staff. THANK YOU!!!! A+

Sick child. Reserved online. Called my son by name when we arrived. Each of the staff we encountered were kind, professional & didn't treat my 13 year old like a "kid" but did so with care, nonetheless. Diagnosis with & after x-ray on site was swift & efficient...and along the lines of what we suspected. Scripts we called in to our local pharmacy. No issues. Same co-pay as our pediatrician, only withafter hour care. Would return again if needed. Would highly recommend.

Horrible experience. Have had what I think it a sinus infection for about a week and violently coughing with shortness of breath. Went in yesterday to the Urgent Care, which I thought would be a pleasant experience because everyone at South Coast is usually amazing. Unfortunately no, after paying my $50 co pay I was rushed out of the office in 10 minutes with my symptoms basically dismissed by everyone, saying there is nothing they could do for me, even the doctor. Also while I was in my patient room the door was more than ajar the entire time with the workers all talking to one another, I had absolutely no privacy at all and felt completely uncomfortable. I was in and out of that office in 10 minutes, with no help, results and left feeling the same way I came in. I would never recommend this place, it was a complete waste of time and money. Workers seemed like all they wanted to do was leave and couldn't get me out of the office fast enough.

I was hesitant to go because of the low rating. But the service here is great, and the doctor is great. If someone has an emergency you will be pushed back to be seen, which is resonable.

I had a great experience. Reserved my spot online, went in at the time indicated and was seen right away. Staff was friendly and didn't make me feel rushed in any way even though it was busy. Happy with my visit.
