Dartmouth Health Connect is brought to you by Iora Health. We are an organization devoted to radically changing primary care. Our primary care practices provide the type of health care that patients deserve—highly personalized, friendly, and expert care, delivered by a team of professionals who are passionate about managing health in a better way. As a patient at our practice, your care team may consist of a Physician, Health Coach, Nurse and Behavioral Health Specialist.

We are currently welcoming new patients from Dartmouth College, King Arthur Flour, and the Carpenters Union in addition to people who are 65+ on Medicare.

I joined DHC soon after it opened. It was fully staffed with 11 people: 3 doctors, 4 health coaches, an onsite nurse and ancillary staff. My first and also my second health coaches used to reach out to me regularly, and were very helpful when I had questions, and bringing the questions they couldn't answer to the doctor. I don't know what has changed, but it now has 2 doctors, 2 health coaches, no nurse on site, and no ancillary staff. It is frustrating to go from a setting that was so great because it was so interpersonal, to one that seems so understaffed that they are absent, even in the face of potentially serious disease. I would NOT recommend this place.
I am current patient and I am very satisfied with the quality of provided care. The practice is small, so interactions with the care team are very personalized. Yes, sometimes you should wait a bit longer for an appointment, but it is a common problem for rural regions.
They take great care in listening to my problems. They stategize to resolve problems, they follow up to see how I'm doing. Unheard of these days in the medical field. It's great comfort knowing they think about you and put your best interest first.
Great Staff , Dont miss out get Connected everybody needs free Hugs. This place takes patients blind craxy even normal folks ive heard ! Not part of the Local Hopital, in HANOVER nh?^!
Excellent care and very friendly staff. Been with this clinic for 4 years. They go above and beyond to be helpful. I know, I need them a lot. Thank you DHC staff!
I've been a patient for more than seven years, and I appreciate the kind and consistent care I've received from my Dartmouth Health Connect team.
Still waiting for a call back ... it's been almost a week. Take your time! It's only my health! You don't REALLY care about that, do you?
