South Prairie Creek RV Park

Nice place to stay. Mostly gravel sites and paved roads. They have done major upgrades to wifi. Its available over whole park. The cable is digital so you need to check out a box and call to activate. There are quite a few channels. On a clear day you can see Mt Rainier. Store has long hours and a nice variety of snacks and beverages. Their rates are very competitive.

This place is a COMPLETE JOKE!!!!!! To start off with, my wife and I own a 2018 43' 5th wheel, 2012 Dodge diesel and 2016 Jeep Wrangler. I would say very responsible Individuals for being only 30 years old. Now, we inquired about renting a site and of course the question "Do you have dogs" came up. I said yes we have 2. The lady said you will have to send pictures to the owner to see if he will "allow" them. I understand that every park wants to have respectable tenants and pet owners but to DISCRIMINATE against a animal that you have only seen a picture of is the same as DISCRIMINATING against a person because of their looks or ethnicity. As two professional managers ourselves, we consider this a HORRIBLE way to run a business. We provided multiple references as well as proof that both of our dogs, 1 large breed and 1 small breed, were fully vaccinated and highly trained. We emailed the pictures as well as lots of information, and within minutes, we received an email back from the SAME WOMAN stating that we were denied simply because of our dogs!!!!! Absolutely mind-blowing in the fact that people are allowed to run a business this way! WE WILL TELL EVERYONE WE KNOW NOT TO GO TO THIS RV PARK!!!!!

Might as well be a communist management who is trying to start drama with its residents. My son lives there with his grandma and because I visit him regularly they now are demanding that i pay $65 and fill out a tenant application and a background check otherwise my son and his grandma will be evicted if i dont. I have my own place and have a couple felonies so why would I pay $65 when I dont live there. So now i can't see my son without getting them evicted or me trespassed? All guest are required to do this. But it's ok to stop and buy from their store whenever I want. And this is after them being there for 5 months, now all of the sudden they r giving ultimatums and constant threats of being evicted... This is not a family friendly place. Don't stay here unless you like being controlled and treated like you don't own your rv/trailer. You're just a rv park manager, dont get it twisted... Pretty sure they have cameras in the bathrooms...

We bought a brand new sandstorm toy hauler in August, they had no problem talking a great game about how fantastic they were compared to other dealers. However when it came time to take our new trailer camping that first weekend well we ran into alot of issues that should have been fixed on the PDI sweep before we bought it. The dealership was no help, there service department is horrible... We dropped off our new trailer with them on December 7th and just picked it up today April 6th. Most of our warranty work was not completed, the dealer claimed they had issues getting the parts needed from the manufacturer but when I called Forest River the manufacturer they gave me all the information I needed to get to the bottom of the dealers lies. Turns out they claimed warranty labor for repairs we made on the road, they lied to us about what parts they ordered and blamed everything under the sun when they came up short. Ran our propane tanks out while it was there, spray painted random spots on the trailer tongue to cover up god knows what, promised us it would be washed and detailed before we picked it up and that was not done either... Bottom line is we bought a brand new trailer from them that they wouldn't stand behind let alone fix. Take a look at the pictures below, most of that was found by us on the first weekend out. We would go back to Tacoma RV or Blue Dog RV.

Simply nature; a river, trees, rocks and dirt. With simple accommodations; 1 slide and2 swings for kids(& adults) to play on, a restroom, and picnic tables. Love visiting here.
