We are just minutes away from Tacoma, Seattle, and Olympia and only a short drive to both Mt Rainier and Mt St Helens. Whether you are in search of discovering Seattle's Space Needle and Pike Place Market or taking a breathtaking hike or drive through the Olympic or Mt Rainier National Park...Majestic Mobile Manor & RV Park is the place to stay.

Our Daily Full Hook Up Sites include both 50 and 30 amp Electric, Water, Sewer, Cable TV, and Wi-Fi. Propane Service, Convenience Store, Clubhouse with a Pool Table, Seasonal Swimming Pool, Restrooms with Showers as well as a large coin operated Laundry Room are among our other conveniences.

Monthly rates are also available. We are open year round. Groups Welcome.

I LEARNED MY LESSON STAYING AT THIS RV PARK, THE WEBSITE CLEARLY LIES AND THE PICTURES ARE FROM YEARS AGO, THIS RV PARK IS SO RUN DOWN ITS DISGUSTING . THEY CLAIM THEY DO BACK-ROUND CHECKS THAN TELL ME WHY THE SECOND I FOUND OUT ONE OF THE PEOPLE NEXT TO ME WASNT SUPPOSED TO BE THERE BC HE HAD DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ON HIM BUT THE OFFICE CLEARLY DIDNT CARE. OKAY NOW TO THE PROBLEMS WITH THE PARK, THE WATER IS BROWN ALL THE TIME THE RV PARK CONSTANTLY SMELLED LIKE THE POOL ISN'T FILTERED YOU CAN SEE THE SLIME FROM PEOPLE IN IT. THE BATHROOM HAS SHIT ALL OVER THE WALL. THE LAUNDRY ROOM HAS GARBAGE PILED UP UP THE WALL. THERE ARE SO MANY BIG ALL OVER THANK GOODNESS I NEVER GOT THEM IN MY TRAILER I TOLD THE OFFICE THAT THE PERSON NEXT TO ME CONSTANTLY CONSTANTLY ARGUED IT’S LIKE THEY WERE FIGHTING ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT. SHE DID NOTHING ABOUT IT. THE OFFICE LADY I BELIEVE HER NAME IS SERENA. SHE’S NICE ONE DAY MEAN THE NEXT. Their daily rate is $79 definitely not worth a gravel lot. You walk outside your door and you see your neighbors sewer hose, which is completely disgusting. They will turn the water off and not give you a notice. They have no Internet like they say they do. They have no cable like they say they do. It is literally like going to a gravel lot with some power. This place is so money hungry but they don’t wanna fix anything. The office lady told me they do not offer weekly rates. It is per night or monthly. They let people stay for three months without background checks People speed in this park don’t care about kids playing outside. There’s no playground. There’s an overgrown pet area. All the trailers have so much garbage outside. It is just disgusting and filthy.
I stayed here for several months when I first came to Washington in 2022. This place was awful. Office manager was the rudest and meanest person I think I’ve ever met. You are only allowed to have a package sent to the office. I had medication that I needed sent there and she wouldn’t allow me to get them until she was out of a the all day phone meeting g she was on. Sorry I needed them. The place itself was just a gravel parking lot of rvs. I was so close to the neighbors that awning was about 6 inches from their trailer. The sewer was broken and smelled so bad I would gag at times. There was a back up of the sewer at my site due to filters not going cleaned. I was right next to the septic tank opening. Their way of cleaning was to spray bleach. The actual sludge was watered down and allowed to soak back into the water tables. I was disgusted. I insisted my hoses be replaced for it was under water in the sewer sludge. They first refused until I pointed out that their water connections leaked allowing sewer water in my drinking water hose. This was unprofessionally handled. Upon finally leaving my deposit took several days for them to return it. The dog park was disgusting and no one cleaned up after their dogs either. The say they have breed restrictions yet there was an off leash pitbull running around. And someone on my row would let their tippy little dog out unleashed to come poop by my door every morning and night. They also say RVs must be newer that 10 years yet done of the RVs there had algae growing on them. Neighbors weren’t that nice either. Everyone living there was just miserable. Sadly there aren’t many places to park your rv around this area.
DO NOT STAY HERE, they will scam you. First off, bathrooms and laundry were not open and we were only told this after we booked for a month. The water came out brown even after getting a new water filter. We told them at the time of booking we would only stay a month, they said okay. When we went to leave, they said we still had to pay another month because we didn’t give 20 days notice. We said we gave them a month’s notice and they said we didn’t sign a paper indicating that. We said the paper should have been provided to us when we signed everything else, the manager indicated we never asked for it. It’s hard to ask for a paper we didn’t know existed lol. Anyway, they scammed us out of another month and even after speaking to the corporate IVG person, they still wanted their money. Please be so careful of this park and the people, they will take advantage of you and they absolutely do not care.
CLEAN, AFFORDABLE, SECURE. ALL AMENITIES, NEAR EVERYTHING BUT FAR ENOUGH AWAY YOU CAN HEAR THE EAGLES FIGHTING OVER LUNCH and other birds including some local chickens that started visiting us when they were chick's a year ago. Cute. Hatched nearby I gather... here last summer. They too keep coming back. nnThe park offers so much....full hook ups and great water pressure. AND nice folks around here that make the place comfy and welcoming. One example of a steller staff is: ROSA! She IS MY HERO. We had electrical issues and tney werent resolved by closing time. Electrical company no showed. Ugh. It was cold out...freezing. We had no power. Rosa knew it'd be a miserable night with no electric or heat. The day came to a close still no Electrical company. Rosa took it upon herself on her own time after work and went to get 100 feet of cord to connect us to the piwerr grid. It worked. As ours site electric was dead- i was grateful. She had to drive 3 to 5 miles to get one. Thats caring and good service and considering the temps....its even nicer when you note it was gonna be a cold cold night at 22 degrees...no heater? Well thanks to Rosa we had heat. Thank you wonderful lady. She cared enough for our welfare and comfort... I'm grateful and that's some service I live! Thanks fir going the extra mile Rosa.nnThe neighbors and staff never bother or intrude. BOTTIM LINE: ITS A GREAT VALUE but getting better as they complete improvements. From propane, and on-site laundry to mail service if you stay longer like us.... bath/shower house with CLEAN BRIGHT showers... its worth a stay i say. Competitive prices with those things too... located near everything you could want.nnClose by include GOOD MEDICAL CARE, DENTAL, CHURCHES, WEED, PUBS, RESTAURANTS to USPS... EVEN THE STATE FSIR GROUNDS IN PUYALLUP. AND I CANT FORGET THE MSNY NEWER CASINOS...AND CLUBS AND PERFORMING ARTS AnD CONCERTS AT THE CASINOS TOO.nhospitals, etc.n* NOT wilderness-like... but lots of birds because of proximity to wet lands...and a view from the road of Mt. Rainier volcano! Surrounded by wet lands area and farming.nnHighly recommend.
Bathrooms and laundry room have been out of order, which we weren't told when we booked the stay, which is a huge inconvenience when you're staying atleast a month. Otherwise, place ok to stay but has some run down looking trailers and people working on cars right when you pull in. Two parking spaces only if you have small cars and your neighbors don't always park in your area.
