Chocolate Factory and Museum Tours

Only at 3300 West Sample Street, South Bend, IN (all times are Eastern times)

Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to - 4:00 p.m.

Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Closed on Major Holidays. Closed Sundays.

Tours are at the top of every hour.

The 45 minute Inside Scoop Tour fee is $4.00 adults/$1.00 children (11 & under).

The 20 Minute Basic Tour is free.

Please call us at 1-574-233-2577 to schedule your tour,
if your tour group is 10+ people.

This is place is great, but the exhibits are getting kind of old. And the most important thing, the chocolate, is not quite up to par with Swiss standards. Still much better than most American chocolate. They need to up their chocolate game. To be competitive in the future.

It's a descent place. I didn't know this was an outlet store, but still good. We've been to their regular stores which are nicer of course.

I went here last spring and have visited before. One of my favorite places. The tour is fun and interesting. The gift shop is cool. They also have samples to try and great sales and specials on treats. The staff is consistently friendly and upbeat. What a fun place to work! They will also ship treats to your lived ones.Will definitely visit again!

Delicious chocolate. Decent cafe. Funny shirts. Factory tour is interesting and informative.

I really enjoyed the factory tour here. It was short but informational. The tour guide was great. They have great prices. The chocolate covered coffee beans are the best.
