I have been waiting for over 4 months for my cpap-bypap I've ended up in the hospital 2 times heart related and have called left messages . No return as of today I'm on hold one has picked up been waiting now since 427 it is ,440. Just shame!!!!!! If not resolved by tomorrow going somewhere.

Danielle helped me with the medical supplies I needed for an injury and was extremely professional, knowledges, and a pleasure to deal with. I would revisit Alick’s Home Medical because she was so very helpful.

OUTSTANDING customer service! They didn't TELL me how to put my boot on, they PUT it on, and demonstrated how to use it.

I have used Alick's a few times over the years and had a good experience each and every time. This last visit I had an appointment with Cathy for my compression socks and she was very thorough from start to finish. I would recommend Alick's for any medical need.

Service was very poor. It took us over 4 months to get medical equipment sorted out for my husband. The woman I was in contact with would only give my husband information about his updates. I am aware of HIPAA laws, this wouldn’t be a violation. I left frequent messages with very few returned calls. On the rare chance I got through to her, the phone calls were always cut short when we were disconnected. If calls were returned they were to my husband, and he couldn’t answer his phone. There were several times she made him appointments to look at equipment without first asking. Twice she left a message with appointments scheduled on the same day she was calling. Once she gave him an hours notice, and the second it was 4 hours notice. Then we found out that he didn’t even need an appointment. We were paying $20 a month under the assurance that replacement parts would frequently be shipped to our home. After several months I called and thankfully spoke to a 3rd party who said Alick is suppose to be sending shipments automatically. We received a one time shipment, that we received a bill for. After several more months of paying $20 for something we weren’t getting we stopped paying. Alick Home Medical is very lucky they’re the only place in town, that’s the only thing keeping them in business.

Great place to get what you need. The staff members are professional and very helpful. Your are always greeted as soon as you enter the store. Sherry is a special gift to customers. She is always very helpful to me. I have never felt rushed. Clean and comfortable store.

They responded quickly to our need for a hospital bed. I called, Chris came with the bed, set it up and helped get it placed in less than 8 hours! Thanks so much for the great service.

It’s a sad day when this Company that used to be so dedicated to customer service has dropped the ball on screening their customer service reps. The front ladies answering the phone are kind and always friendly. Several times I have had issues with the direct rudeness and unprofessional attitudes of the departmental staff. Our physician ordered a test for my Mom a week ago that Alick’s Respiratory department was to call and set up. One week later I’m calling them to be transferred by the friendly front desk to the annoyed Respiratory lady that I interrupted her day as I hear her complain to her co-worker “who put my name on this file”. How lovely. Then I was told I could come in and “get it”. Great job Alicks. Vans Medical Equipment has NEVER treated us like that on the phone or by ignoring our Doctor request for equipment without so much as a call to explain. Very disappointed.

They have the best customer service. I needed a neck brace for an up coming surgery and the staff took great care making sure the fit was perfect! I would highly recommend Alicks for all your medical supply needs.
