Sonic Drive-In

Their service is very short, and unfriendly. The food is almost cold every time I order, probably because it takes over 30-45 minutes to get our order to us. It’s overpriced for what you pay for. It’s definitely a place where quantity towers over quality.

I love Sonic. Not just for their food but old fashioned atmosphere. You can walk in to order or drive thru or pull into a stall order over a squawk box and have your food delivered by someone on roller skates.

Don't even have expectations here. Ordered the Super Crunch Chicken Strip Dinner. Chicken strips, Texas toast, tots and onion rings. There was ONE old hard onion ring in the box. Tots where cold in the middle. Toast wasn't toasted so the bread in this case was stale. Got some honey mustard, which had sticky syrup and dried ketchup on it. Other meal ordered was the Ultimate Meat and Cheese breakfast burrito. Tortilla was hard and stale, bacon wasn't cooked, didn't even feel safe eating it. Worst sonic experience ever. Car hop was ruin and didn't even offer us the receipt, and when asked she said "sorry, this isn't yours" and kept walking. Won't be going back to this one anytime.

Showed up at Sonic 2 days before the Eclipse with broken A/C in the truck and ordered a strawberry slush. I was 101F outside. I took a big ol hit and instant brain freeze. I was hallucinating. The waitress looked like a dude but he had great legs. I just sat there watching the walls melt as my brain slowly thawed in the desert heat. It took a few minutes to come out of my frozen haze and get my bearings and apologize to the waitress (who still looked like a dude) but hey, he did have great legs. Thanks guys, I think, you saved my life. This place rocks.

Honestly, I usually don't leave reviews unless everything is amazing, but this time everything was so awful that I felt like I had to leave a review so that others don't waste their time and money. We waited 45 minutes for our food. By the time they brought it to us, the food was cold and the shake we ordered was half melted. Then we realized they did not give us any fries, which we ordered. They also shorted us on our dessert order. My boyfriend went inside to ask for the fries, but they just ignored him. So, after spending nearly $20 on food, some of which we did not even get, we left, and we will not be back. If you're looking for a decent place to eat, Casper has plenty. Many sit-down restaurants in town would have charged roughly the same amount for the food we ordered, and they would have provided much better service.
