Long wait just to have my order taken. The lady who finally noticed me standing there was friendly, but didn't seem to care when an employee who was on break, went back and asked what the wait times were on these orders, She said casually said "I don't know." He was the only one there with any good work ethic, and cared about his job. Despite the bad service, the food was really good.

This is the only Burger King in FOUR states that won't substitute onion rings for French fries. When I pointed this out I was invited to go eat there. I seriously doubt that I will eat at this Burger King again. The food was only marginally warm when we got it and the onion rings we ordered were cold.

A little disorganized seemed like 3 different people worked the order didn't communicate very well. Good try as a team tho.

Quality and portion of food is horrible and insulting to us who spends $ for it. The "double" cheeseburger patties are now two-thirds the size of its bun (my pic should be attached compared to their advertised burger). The wait time in line is insane. I'm very tempted to rate 1 star.
