When it comes to Chinese food, there is enough local competition that you shouldn't have to settle for poor service or bad food. 
Basically... If you like being served nasty food on dirty dishes or drinking dishwater, you'll love this. Otherwise, I strongly recommend ANY other restaurant in town.

These past 2 years they have went down hill. The chef if very argumentative, we took a bite of out food and it tasted like broth so we sent it back and hadn't eaten any of it.( We Lways order same thing every time too so we know what it should taste like) he comes out saying he hasn't done anything different and we still need to pay for it. We did not end up paying for it, it was ridiculous that he was going to make us after we sent it back and didn't eat it

My husband and I had breakfast here while on vacation in Wyoming. We loved the downtown Casper location. The restaurant is large, with two main seating areas. I had a wonderful frittata with artichokes, spinach and feta cheese. Highly recommend for breakfast.
