I thought they should have warned me about there gratuity policy....however my daddy loved the meatballs, he had cancer and has recently passed away. It is a great family environment.

Kind of a dump and automatically charge a 20% gratuity to takeout orders. Amazing they need a tip to not wait on you. You can even see things like milk bone dog biscuits in a prep room and trash under the counters. It also takes a very long time to get your food. Our to go order took 50 minutes and they said it would be ready in 20-30 minutes.
