Authentic Chinese dishes that are rare to find elsewhere in Calgary. Have been there a few times, mostly a positive experience. The most recent time we went, felt a couple of the dishes were reheated leftover from the day before, maybe because it was a quiet Tuesday night.

Good portion, and authentic Chinese food. Spicy food, beef noodle soup, fried rice, fresh vegie, there must be one favorite dish for you! You should try it out and you wont disappoint.

Haven't been to this place since they changed hand. Very pleasant surprise. Good food and service. Not expensive.

It seems that the cook's skill has a high variance.

We made reservations roughly around 4:00 for a table for 5 at 7:00. We arrived and there was no table available for us. This is understandable due to the amount of people and it’s popularity. The food was amazing, but the service was slightly lacking due to the amount of people.

Worse service ever. We waited 10 minutes after seating and didn't even get a pot of tea or menu. Later we ordered two simple dishes and then waited for another hour, nothing happened. We ended up leaving with empty stomach. I will never come to this place again.

Food tasted great, its hard to find a good northern china taste restaurant in calgary and this is definitely one of them. A star off because certain dishes can take a long time to cook but server doesnt tell you ahead of time.
