Few days ago I bought a pair of shoes at this location, I was helped by Alejandro. Today I went back to the store to exchange my shoes for a bigger number and I was helped by Ricardo, they were both very polite and so helpful. I didn't get the name of the third young female associate in the store , but they were all kind and welcoming. I love my new shoes and I appreciate the wonderful customer service we received. Thank you so very much.

Best Softmoc location I have been to. I was having troubles at the Londonderry location about a return for a defective shoe and they wouldn’t hear me out and were very mean about the whole ordeal, after sometime figuring it out I went to this location to finally exchange them for a new pair and I was assisted by the nicest person ever, they helped me from start to finish and made me feel heard, I will always go through here from now on, they have the kindest most helpful staff I have seen out of so many locations. This is the best softmoc I’ve ever been too ! They are always so friendly and all of them are very well educated on shoes and have great knowledge! Amazing customer service!!!!

My wife, who has a disability, visited the St. Albert location today and came home very upset. The staff were rude and lack any sympathy. It is difficult enough to to have a disability, let alone being treated in a manner that makes someone feel less of a human. All the staff there should be ashamed of themselves and if I were management I would take a hard look at my training and hiring practices for the replacement staff at this location. I will be posting this review in ALL our disability support groups.

I was lucky enough to be helped by Jaqueline today. She was very polite, and knew her stuff when it came to the birkenstocks I purchased. Thanks girl!

Blonde staff member is very forceful, unfriendly, and plain rude. Would not listen to what I was asking and didn’t even bother to try and help. Decided to return my shoes and shop elsewhere as this staff member had no customer service skills. Will not be returning, or recommending to anyone. I suggest management look into how staff treat the customers.

Great store, selection and staff. This store also is responsible for doing online orders-Yikes!!!! And the person doing that is non stop busy. Still the is no want for the service as they are well covered and helpful here, and they really go that extra to help. Thanks Melody, and others there!

Really great service and rewards program, and of course, quality products. I’ve been a happy Softmoc customer for years and am even more impressed with the St. Albert store. Shout out to Morgan for going above and beyond for my son and I recently!!

The staff & management at this location are very friendly and helpful. After a mishap with an online order that I picked up in at this store an error in which was not their fault at all, they went above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved and that I was happy. I recommend this location to anyone, and will definitely be shopping here in the future!
