Quarks

Came in today to look for winter boots, and the lady that was supposedly the more senior of the 2 there was very unhelpful. I asked if she had looked for a size I needed after she saw me sitting and waiting for 10 minutes, she made me feel inconvenienced that I asked if she was bringing the size. She snippily said “they aren’t here” and did not offer any other options. She seemed more into just going through boxes in the corner than providing customer service to a busy store. Seemed like they wanted to just be done over heard her say she’s had it today and was ready to be done When I had questions and I asked, I got the feeling I was being pushed aside and not getting answers regarding the product or help with sizing etc. Felt very off putting and I decided to leave and look elsewhere for the shoe I’m interested in Kunitz as well as other quarks in the area sell it, hopefully I’ll get better customer service there. Must be said that the younger girl of the 2 on shift today was quite polite, but over run I think with how many people were trying to get assistance she’s only one person and could do only so much!! and her coworker was no help at all to any of us in the store. Very disappointing especially for high end product with zero sales. I expect to be helped and at least have knowledgeable, friendly staff and service when shopping in a store that prides itself on quality products and is more pricey than your average shoe store.

Store itself is fine but the person who helped me was not great at all --and I think it was the manager, surprisingly. They seemed to want to make the sale or be done with me as quickly as possible? and weren't very thorough in answering my few questions about sizes/brands/products. If it was an employee I would give this place another try, but since I'm pretty sure it was the manager I probably won't return to this location.

Great customer service and product knowledge. I love my reikers they are so comfortable. The staff here take their time with their customers and always make sure they are happy before they leave. I have recommended many of friends and family here because of the quality of the brands they sell.... and service is amazing too.

I was at quarks over the Christmas and tried to return a pair of slippers. The woman was extremely disrespectful and practically yelled at my wife and I; i was polite but obviously this woman has some major issues and needed to put down others to make herself feel better! I will never shop at this location again and recommend others to stay clear! You would think this store would show some respect for their customers and treat them with extra care so they return!!!! In this case, No way!!!

There was a pair of shoes that was advertised as 25% off. There was no indication of the price with the discount. Went to ask an employee what the price would be with the discount and the woman replied "Do I look like a calculator?" With a very annoyed facial expression. Are you kidding me??? You lost yourselves a sale. Won't be coming back
