Friendly & patient staff! Best place to buy runners. They keep the store very sanitary & have great cleaning procedures when trying on shoes.
Was greeted promptly by the staff. Asked what I needed and explained my situation. She helped narrow down the type and brought out multiple choices for me to try. Hopefully my choice pans out for me.

I'm new to running, and the staff here were very knowledgeable in helping me choose the right running shoe.
Helpful staff with a great selection of running gear
Very disappointed in the service and will no longer patronize the Running Room. After very little indoor use the heel was coming apart on one shoe. When i noticed and reported the issue it was just outside 60 days and they would not replace shoe even though clearly a defect.
