This is a wonderful mall with lots of stores and great services, such as a dental office, optometrist, London Drugs pharmacy and the St. Albert Primary Care Network. The mall also supports many community events such as the River Clean Up and Drive-in Movie nights.
The mall has much improved over the last 5 years. The new renovations make it much friendlier. However, I find that 90% of traffic in this mall is in the front near London drugs and winners, and most of the stores in the back are completely neglected. You can see why many stores don't last here. Glad to see a new Sunrise Records opening up where the source was. Mall ownership should consider a new strategy to keep businesses.
Nice local mall that has undergone recent renovations. It’s clean and well lit. There is seating spaced throughout the mall for rest stops. Not that this is a big mall but it’s nice to see the the new designs including these rest areas. The washrooms are clean and easily accessible. There is a good selection of stores within the mall and ample parking outside. Like many indoor malls these days there are a fair amount of empty bays but that being said the mall looks great on the inside and seems to be on the uptake. Visit this mall and I’m sure you will enjoy it.
Mall was fairly quiet at one in the afternoon. Shops seemed disorganized, lacked prices on tags and staff not too helpful. I did find lots of stuff though, from stocking stuffers to actual presents.
The Bay is one of the few remaining gems! They make me feel confident that and supporting local! Amazing Santa this year!
Went in to buy shoes....came out with 2 t-shirts and a bottle of cologne! What can I say? Good service, clean washrooms and even though it's a smaller mall, there's still variety there.
The hours during the week make it impossible to utilize. I can’t count the number of times I would have shopped there had they been open past 6pm. It makes those that work full time forced to go somewhere else.
Not the biggest of malls. There's a winners, London drugs, and maybe 3 other main stores. Pretty much just a tim Horton's and some other restaurant for the food court.
Great customer service but not enough cashiers and there self service was all messed up cause customers were scanning stuff and not actually taking the items so had 2 get cashiers 2 take the items off so it was very time consuming having 2 wait when only had one cashier
The winners is good, the London drugs is good. But that food court is sad, shout out a&w for holding it down tho. Aso st albert kitchens kinda fire, and the new sunrise records is awesome.
