SoftMoc at Bower Place

Called the store and explained I live 40 minutes away and before I drove to their store I wanted to confirm they had the boot I was looking for in the right size and color. They stock the brand but the size and color is hard to find. I had the product code etc. The lady refused to look and told me to look up the boot online and then go to" find store "and then I would know if they had it. So I went online and bought them with free shipping while saving $34. And stores wonder why they are losing business to online shopping.

Amazing service. Young girl with short hair working was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. new staff makes the store a lot more enjoyable. keep up the good work

Went into soft moc to exchange boots my girlfriend got me for Christmas. The lady told me I had worn them and they were filthy, told me to wait an hour for the manager and refused to give us a bag cause she didn’t sell us the product. Went back an hour later and everything was fine until the manager told me she couldn’t read the receipt from the cross iron mills mall, but we could phone and geT it fixed but they didn’t feel like doing it so they told us to go to the cross iron mills mall and do our business. Last time I’ll ever go in the red deer store. Rude ladies with zero customer service skills are running it into the ground.

My girlfriend and I came here to buy some shoes they had for sale and the store lady didn't acknowledge us at all until a pair of white girls came in and the lady greeted and served them instead. We took our business elsewhere and if you're a visible minority then I say avoid this place like the plague. Buy your shoes from another place.
