Went in to return some shoes and was offered a gait analysis (purchased shoes online without trying them on!).  Very helpful!! Knowledgeable and personable staff.  The best retail experience I've had in a long time!  Will be shopping again.

Bought a pair of New Balance running shoes June 28, 2015. Price $170.00   Hardly worn & only for casual walking.  Shoe is tearing on the side seam where mesh & leather are sewn. Running room told me I had to contact manufacturer. Their guarantee is for RUNNING ROOM products only.  Wi. BEWARE
