I had the BEST experience with this location. I live in Olds Alberta and needed to buy a pair of their ABC Skinny pants. My girlfriend had gone to a location in Calgary but they did not have the size and colour I needed. So, I phoned the Red Deer location and spoke with Jessica. She was amazing! Not only did Red Deer have what I wanted but Jessica walked me through how to purchase them with her. She advised me that Fedex shipping was FREE. Lovely personality, very efficient, sales person! Anyway, in less than 5 minutes I had purchased the EXACT pants that I needed and for free they deliver right to my door! THANK YOU Jessica

There are no words sufficient to describe the negative environment in this store starting from the top down. Go elsewhere for your goods! Changes need to be made to the management team of this location!!!!!!

I was honestly so nervous to come to this location as the reviews are so negative! I'm glad I did though. All the ladies were absolutely amazing! I had some damaged items and they were absolutely great about it, the blonde lady at the till was super nice! When I was trying stuff and needed a different size there wasn't one on the floor, instead of the famous line that I hate " we don't have any" she was quick to say she will try to find it in the back! Which she did!!!!

Extremely horrible service both times I went in the first time and everybody just looked at me like I wasn't good enough to be there and no hello or how can we help you. I thought I would give it a second chance and go in and see if I could find a product I was looking for and not one person asked to help me out yet again. wow is all I can say one good star for the shittiest service in Red Deer.
