Very happy with their services. Dave Schmitz did a great job on installing a gas line for us. It was even better he could get here to do tge job within a week. Very clean and neat. Would recommend him 4 any plumbing needs!!!

Good company and reasonable prices however I was pressured into keeping my water softener much much longer than I needed. I called them three times in the past and was always “warned” that I still needed the softener. I hadn’t put salt in my tank for 18 months at least and my water is fine but they argued that I still needed their system. Finally I had to insist on having it removed. If it weren’t for the pushback in trying to cancel the service they would have received five stars.

Soft Water, Inc. replaced my old water pressure tank. Price was lower than what 2 other local plumbers quoted me. Quality of repairs & services are excellent. Very satisfied. Thank you!
