I strongly suggest that management does a walk-through, the premade salad section and deli premade food ! All of these salads made days ago that are gonna go bad and look very unappetizing and will most likely be thrown out. Not sure why they make so many salads. Why not just make a few fresh ones a day , I was very disappointed because I really wanted a salad today , but they all looked terrible today and made 4 - 5 days ago. Even the ones that were made two days ago looked bad, I understand that things are expensive but making those salads and then just throwing them out doesn’t make sense i’m serving your customers garbage is not cool either !

Received fruit tray and meat and cheese trays for a partaking with my birthday cake. Very good items.nnOnly thing is when ordered cake in person Sobey's should send email or text confirming the order.

I had a disappointing experience with the supervisor during my recent visit. He spoke to me aggressively .As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic respect and clear communication, even if there’s an issue.nnI hope management can address staff conduct so other customers don’t have a similar experience.

Was greeted by Emerson this evening. Thank you for helping me out with finding what I needed in store today for the game tonight! Awesome dude, props to whoever hired him also.

“The employee selling lottery tickets at the front was not only unfriendly, but also rude enough to keep customers waiting while having a personal phone conversation. Even after that, they didn’t seem to feel sorry at all, and appeared not to understand what their responsibilities at work actually were. Maybe they think they can keep their job no matter what because of the union, but there seem to be many employees who rely on union protection and do their work carelessly. At this rate, it feels like Sobeys may eventually have to close down.”
