Please make a change to your practices, so they better suit everyone involved. Time and time again, I will shop your back aisle clearance section in home utensils, and find a wicked good deal, but only to get home and find out I was charged full price and the shelf price was wrong. Time and time again, it's always from this section. Time and time again, I always have to make the 25 minute drive back to the store, go back to the aisle, take a picture then go up to customer service to get my money back. And always, without fail, the customer service representative fights with me. It's not fair. These customer service workers don't get paid enough to deal with irate customers, they take it upon themselves to try to convince me that I just didn't look at the price tag closely enough, and then they end up having a terrible time dealing with someone who knows her rights in the Canadian Scanning Code of Practice. It's YOUR team who is improperly labeling these items and causin poor broke customers to make this trip back. It's YOUR team who is ripping me off and everyone else off who doesn't bother to check their receipts. It's YOUR team who needs to change. Cashier Parminder questioned my statement that I was over charged, told me to my face that I didn't read the tag, that it reads bowls listed for $21.99, not the 5 piece Bakewell set the tag was directly under, and it ended up in a yelling match with me physically bowing down to her with apologies before she even stepped back and gave me the shelf price. This isn't fair. Why do I have to be in near tears before you honor your shelf price? Why do I have to show anger before you even consider that you might be wrong? Why do you consistently put an entire end cap of clearance items, only to have the most expensive one labeled wrong and not on sale? Why? I'll happily remove this review once I see you guys have improved, but you have to improve first and that means hearing about it. Parminder was just doing as she was trained. Please consider changing.

Picked up my first PC express pick up order last night and they were fantastic. A lady named Arsh I believe it was delt with my order and was so kind! She brought everything out very quickly and answered all the questions I had as it was my first time using the service! She packed my groceries up perfectly with care into my car despite the cold. Absolutely will be using this service regularly and hopefully get to be helped by her again.

Was not part of the promotion. Told at checkout “it just is that way” and went to swap the item. Woman was very rude about it. Item is clearly marked as part of the promotion

Beware of buying anything 30% off there are expired products especially quick degradables like cheese. The product in the picture was expired on 20th Aug 2024, was in self today 25 Aug 2024. I'm calling food safety officers to scan through regularly.

Handicap parking along front of building. Automatic in and out doors. Store is large, clean, mostly well stocked and organized. Never encountered any floor staff. Trying to find someone to help in the dairy section. Gave up. Prices are the same as other grocery stores. Used self serve checkout and female working in there was very helpful and friendly. She didn't seem to mind helping me. Nice large clean store impressed me. I WAS there at 8 am though.
