Sobeys - High River

Usually my place to shop but have recieved horrible customer service last time on a whole new level. Asked a question about the flyer the other day and the girl at the till was to busy picking her TOES!! Never have seen Flip Flops at a grocery store. It was in the evening and slow as well. Looks like High River is going downhill from the normal years of amazing service. Also called 2 times after my visit with no answer?!

Love this store, when I do go, their store is very organized and I love the fact that they have a bakery and that they make awseome subs, everything is easy to find, not all over the place where you have to hunt for 1 item....nStaff are great n always friendly!!

The quality of the product in the meat department has gone down dramatically, don't buy meat here unless it is on sale. Terrible serve too, no one even came to the counter to see me.

I was at the High River Sobey's yesterday by myself and, unfortunately, I hurt my back while in the store when I was bending down I pulled a muscle, and it was very painful. As a result, I had to ask for help when I made it to the cash-out. The young male cashier sorry, for not asking his name very kindly took the groceries out of the cart onto the check-out lane and also arranged for another young man Kayden to wheel the cart of groceries to my car. Kayden also offered me his arm when walking to the car. Both of these young men are a credit to Sobey's High River store, and I'm sure their familes would be most proud of the way that they came to my aid. It's refreshing to see these young people taking care and respectful towards an elderly woman. Thank you both very much!
