Shoppers Drug Mart

I went into the walk- in clinic. I was taken in very quickly. The pharmacist was very professional and knowledgeable. She assessed my condition and helped me with medication and care with my condition. I would absolutely go back to the walk in clinic. They were very kind helpful and understanding.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! I drove from out of town for an appointment at the clinic. Appointment was for 5:45, showed up a few minutes early to have a pharmacist tell me that the prescribing pharmacist just left because his back hurt. Didn’t call to cancel or to let me know. Was extremely unprofessional saying “I don’t know what you want me to do!” As if I didn’t have a BOOKED appointment requiring antibiotics. Now because it’s Sunday, everything is closed and I can’t get care unless I waste a doctors time at urgent care which I won’t do. 0/10. I will be reporting them to the pharmacy board of directors as well as AHS.

I keep visiting this location for multiple purpose like shopping, pharmacy, or sending posts as well. I must say i am fully satisfied with all the services. Staff behaviour is so pleasant. Especially, Dr. Mukesh Divakar is absolutely a gem of person. Helps a lot with all the pharmacy related queries. I appreciate it. Thanks for adding value to the community.

This is one of the most sickening disgusting pharmaceutical companies i have EVER come across. They lie to your face, go against doctors orders, steal your money and are incredibly two faced. They all talk behind peoples backs and they are NOT professional in any sense of that word. I would love to see every single pharmacist here get fired for what they have done. These people are on more drugs than me and thats a lot!! They also will call your doctor behind your back and they lie to your doctor! Be very AWARE of who these sick people are.nA new concern about these psychotic so called pharmacist.nSomeone I know was DROPPED on a very serious medication. Just taken off of it. Had the audacity to once again LIE TO HER FACE and constantly on the phone yelling and screaming and this medication can cause DEATH IF YOU GO OFF IT COLD TURKEY!!! These people do not even know what some meds even do or the side effects. DO NOT GO HERE. Also, they take hours and hours or literally a day to even fill prescriptions. This is the most sickening disgusting violation of patient rights and HUMAN rights I have ever seen. Except for hospitals and the RCMP here!!!!

The pharmacy staff are great!! They're friendly and very informative. The service is excellent.
